When will my order ship?
We roast to order. Your coffee is roasted and shipped within 1–3 business days, so it arrives at peak freshness — not after months in a warehouse.
How much is shipping?
Flat-rate shipping is $5.00 anywhere in the US. Orders over $50 ship free.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States only. The longships haven't crossed the sea yet — but we're working on it.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Give it a few hours after the email arrives for the carrier to scan it in.
The Coffee
Is your coffee whole bean or ground?
Every bag is available whole bean or ground — choose your grind on the product page before adding to cart. If you have a grinder at home, we always recommend whole bean for maximum freshness.
How fresh is the coffee?
Every bag is roasted to order in Oregon and shipped within days of leaving the roaster. The roast date is printed on every bag, so you never have to guess.
How should I store my coffee?
Keep it sealed in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture. Don't refrigerate or freeze an opened bag — coffee absorbs odors and moisture like a curse.
How long does a bag stay fresh?
Coffee is at its best within 3–4 weeks of the roast date. It won't go bad after that, but the flavor slowly fades — drink it while the fire's hot.
What roast levels do you offer?
Our lineup runs from light (bright, complex, best for pour-over) through medium (balanced, the everyday warrior) to dark (bold, smoky, built for those who like their coffee like a moonless night). Every bag is $18. Browse the full lineup on the Coffee page.
Returns & Issues
What's your return policy?
Coffee is perishable, so we can't accept returns — but if something's wrong with your order, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right. That's an oath.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us a photo of the damage along with your order number, and we'll send a replacement out with the next roast. No battle, no bureaucracy.
I entered the wrong address. Can I fix it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible and we'll update it. Once it's in the carrier's hands, we can't redirect it — so double-check at checkout.
